Terumo Aortic are looking for an Associate Manufacturing Systems Analyst. This role plays an important part in ensuring data related to production processes is set up and maintained in manufacturing systems, while also requiring the ability to understand current manufacturing systems and processes and implement measurable improvements that support operational performance, quality standards and continuous improvement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintenance of product processing data in MES system
- Maintenance of BOM and Routing data in ERP system
- Creation of data supporting custom device processing
- Assist with testing, maintaining and modifying existing manufacturing systems.
- Working collaboratively with engineers, operations, and other internal staff.
- Propose corrective actions to address quality issues within the manufacturing systems processes.
- Perform any other duties/tasks/projects as require by management
- Assume other responsibilities from time-to-time in order to support plant’s strategic plan and personal career plans.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient use of ERP or MES applications such as Opcenter, QAD, SAP.
- Ability to work on own initiative, can take a problem, analyse it and put an action plan in place.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new skills (technical & quality).Demonstrate detailed knowledge of product processing.
