The main responsibilities of the role are;

Support the TA organization to standardise, improve & simplify business processes & its business operating model through the application of lean tools and principles

Support fact-based, data driven culture by ensuring KPIs are aligned to business objectives and performance and are routinely reviewed by the management teams in PDCA cycles

Standardise the approach to Continuous Improvement across TA

Leverage technology and Data & Analytics to support the improvement effort

Support business functions to establish a business operating system, including strategy deployment

Teach, facilitate, and deploy process improvement Lean Principles and appropriate tools
-
Support business functions on the design and deployment of their processes, ensuring structure, content and metrics are aligned to achieving company goals

Support the delivery of systems which drive behaviours in line with company goals
-
Demonstrate that business process improvement & simplification enables the organization to achieve its annual operating plan and strategic goals

Work collaboratively and effectively with all business contacts

Provide coaching and hands on support in complex situations

Lead areas of Business Excellence Assessments

Perform other duties as required in support of business goals
The successful candidate will possess;
-
Certified Lean Practitioner / Six Sigma Black Belt
-
Experience of training, facilitating, and coaching the use of lean tools across all levels of an organisation

A proven track record delivering Lean Transformation programmes
-
A proven track record in the development and deployment of governance across an organisation
-
Proven knowledge and experience with Hoshin Kanri methodology and value stream mapping

Ability to prioritise, and to juggle a range of projects

Strong interpersonal skills to work with a variety of internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, develop partnerships and influence

Ability to deliver presentations and effectively facilitate workshops at all levels in the organization
