Terumo Aortic are currently recruiting a Business System Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the Applications blueprint for the Terumo Aortic business. Main responsibilities;
- Propose and/or review solutions to meet business needs
- Business process change request impact analysis
- Review and scoping of process changes with applications impacts
- Support strategies for streamlining IT/business processes, procedures and tasks in context of integrated Applications platform
- Business Process mapping and documentation
- Lead and / or support System and Applications integration
- Assist projects teams with applications / solutions implementations and upgrades
- Drive standardisation of applications in line with TA roadmap and Terumo IT strategy
- 2nd / 3rd line Functional support of business applications
- Support BPO / SMEs with functional testing, test plan development or other validation activities as required
- Liaise with 3rd parties / vendors / internal customers to assess and/or implement potential solutions where applicable
- Work with project teams and business process owners to establish best fit processes in line with integrated IT strategy, compliance requirements and business needs
- Engage in business applications/ process implementation, change and obsolescence
- Promote adoption of integrated processes and support legacy system retirement activities
- Provide input to change request analysis eg impacts, risks, alternatives etc
- Suggest enhancements to business applications / processes to support continuous improvement
- Collaborate with technical IT colleagues to ensure optimum applications and solutions performance within technical infrastructure
Qualifications & Experience;
- Experience of implementing business applications in a fast-moving environment
- Relevant degree eg IT/Engineering or appropriate experience
- Previous experience in similar position
- Strong business process mapping and problem-solving skills
- Experience on integrated systems (preferably SAP or QAD ERP)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience on software implementations within a regulated environment highly desirable
