We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team, supporting the development, integration and continuous improvement of business-critical systems across Terumo Aortic.
Please note: This role requires hands-on experience with MasterControl or another electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). This is a key requirement and will be central to success in the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business needs and propose effective system-based solutions
- Conduct business process mapping and impact analysis for change requests
- Support the integration, implementation and upgrading of business applications
- Work closely with project teams, business process owners and SMEs to define best-fit solutions
- Provide 2nd / 3rd line functional support for core business applications
- Support system validation activities including testing and documentation within a regulated environment
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver optimal system performance
- Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of application processes in line with IT strategy
- Promote adoption of integrated systems and support legacy system retirement
About You
Essential:
- Proven experience with MasterControl or another eQMS platform
- Experience implementing or supporting business applications in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business process mapping, analysis and problem-solving capability
- Experience working with integrated systems and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
- Experience within a regulated industry (e.g. medical devices, pharma)
- Degree in IT, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
