Terumo Aortic currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Case Planner to join our busy Custom Device department on a fixed term contract for 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Clinical Case Planning support for customer facing events and promotional activities.

The main responsibilities are;

  • Complete training and demonstrate skills relating to case planning of Custom Anaconda devices
  • Produce detailed and knowledgeable feedback and case reviews to supply to the CSS & clinician for Custom Device cases
  • Develop an understanding of the indications for treatment using all available custom endovascular and hybrid products
  • Establish knowledge and working methodology to achieve forecasted numbers for new cases / month
  • Establish and effectively utilise interactions with Clinical Specialists, proctors and clinicians to optimise case planning activities
  • Support activities to establish strong synergy and working practices between Custom Device planning, case management and engineering functions to achieve a streamlined integrated Custom Device product delivery capability
  • Convert CT data to 3D printable files to produce anatomical models used in the testing of prototype devices
  • Support Custom Solutions workshops as required and participate / lead case planning aspect of the workshops
  • Attend congresses and symposiums and take active role in promoting Custom Solutions in conjunction with Sales & Marketing
  • Availability for travel to support company sponsored events and customer visits

 

Qualification & Experience;

  • BSc(Hons) Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent with HCPC registration
  • Experience in CT angiography
  • Experience in vascular interventional radiology and EVAR procedures is beneficial
  • Familiarity with MPR imaging software is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Advanced Radiation Protection Knowledge expected
