Terumo Aortic requires an individual to provide pro-active support for customer shipments required on a daily basis and prioritise based on feedback from the Customer Care team.
Key Duties:
• Ensure finished goods products are processed on a daily basis and maintained
• Processing of all customer shipments on a daily basis
• Preparation of shipping documents and invoices
• Conduct regular cycle counts driven via company MRP system and ensure that results are reported to relevant parties (finance; customer services; planning)
• Ensure compliance with Aviation Security regulations for export control
• Contribute to lean initiatives in the dispatch area that form part of the continuous improvement agenda for Dispatch Ad hoc project work as and when required
• Ensure best practice Health & Safety are observed and applied at all times
Skills and Experience required:
• Previous experience in a Customer Services, Logistics / Finished Goods environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Computer literate in MS Office products
• Knowledge of export documentation, procedure and current legislation
