Endovascular Product Marketeer

Terumo Aortic are currently seeking an Endovascular Product Marketeer, EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the downstream marketing and long-term business plans to maximise sales performance of the product portfolio. Key Duties;

  • Lead, formulate and execute strategic marketing plans for the portfolio;
  • Working in close collaboration with KOLs and R&D, determine strategic direction for range expansions and evolutions, particularly through the Custom Programme;
  • Determine strategic direction of regulatory submissions;
  • Lead pan-EMEA and country level market analysis including use of hospital data wherever available
  • Directly contribute to EMEA Congresses and events on behalf of the Corporate
  • Ensures that customer training is delivered at the time of the congress/event.
  • Lead EMEA customer segmentation activities as appropriate
  • Provide regular programme performance updates to cross-functional partners;
  • Liaison with KOLs across EMEA, ensuring clinical trends are included within company strategies;
  • Strategise between Terumo Aortic and physicians to generate educational materials
  • Monitor and gather market statistics;
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products and provide combative strategies.
  • Develop new downstream marketing campaign materials;
  • Monitor post-launch feedback and implement changes with R&D;
  • Management of endovascular product life cycle of products within the portfolio;
  • Support updating of IFUs;
  • Sales operation planning in line with launch strategies;
  • Work with Clinical Specialists on case support and necessary training programmes;
  • Work with Clinical Affairs to ensure product clinical trials, registries and evaluations deliver the required outcome;
  • Update marketing campaign materials;
  • Maintain costs within expense budget.

Qualifications & Experience;

  • Marketing and/or Business Undergraduate degree required
  • Masters in Marketing preferred
  • Vascular and/or Endovascular experience preferred
  • Post-Graduate Marketing Degree preferred
  • Proven experience in Medical Device industry
  • 5 years downsteam product management experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical
  • Project and personal management skills
  • A positive person with strong entrepreneurial skills who brings passion, energy and excellence in execution to his/her work.
  • Frequent EMEA travel – at least 50% of working week
