Terumo Aortic is seeking an Events Planner to join our busy EMEA Marketing, Training and Events team on a fixed term basis of 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for development and delivery of virtual and in-person internal and external events including EMEA congresses, customer engagement, regional summits and patients week.
Key Duties;
- Organise virtual and in-person internal and external events from concept to execution including all logistics
- Develop a digital planning strategy for EMEA congresses
- Manage Associate attendance at EMEA congresses
- Work with product marketing, medical affairs on programme of activities at congresses
- Work with internal design team on graphic requirements for events ensuring brand compliance
- Develop and maintain partnership with congress organisers and booth vendors
- Ownership of all marketing materials + equipment for events
- Identify and implement suitable digital platforms to manage logistics
- Establish customer engagement programme in Glasgow and Sunrise with post-event evaluation
- Maintain EMEA events database, log/track attendees, log customer enquiries/feedback and process
- Develop all print + digital communications relevant to each event/audience before, during and after events
- Provision of key metrics post-event
- Financial and budgetary management with tracker of costs for each event
- International travel (as required)
Qualifications & Experience;
- Graduate in marketing or business-related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good administrative and IT skills
- Experience in similar role/background
- Must be able to work as part of a team but also display initiative
- Needs to be organised, well-presented and articulate
- Driving licence essential
