Terumo Aortic are recruiting for a Facilities Support Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the carrying out facility checks, general maintenance/handyman duties (cleaning, painting, basic plumbing & joinery) , equipment moves, store parts and stock checks.

KEY DUTIES:

• Carry out facility checks, and duties to support the business requirements i.e. General maintenance/handyman (cleaning, painting, basic plumbing & joinery) , equipment moves, store parts and stock check.
• Assume other responsibilities from time to time in order to support plant objectives and personal career development
• Ensure waste collection areas are kept clean and tidy
• Collection of paper waste from site locations
• Collection of other waste streams from site personnel as required
• Collect and maintain documentation to meet safety, quality and project compliance and legislation
• Actively participate in performance management objectives and demonstrate Company values
• Completion of documentation for Quality management and maintenance management systems

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience of working within a similar role is an advantage.
• Experience working at height – roofs, IPAF, PASMA
• Proactive & resourceful with good communication skills, good eye for detail & Team player
