Terumo Aortic are currently recruiting for a Finished Goods Controller to join the team for an exciting new role we have, acting as a middle person between demand and the supply side of the business, this is a newly created role which will play a prominent part of the team. The main responsibilities are;
- Create models and dashboards to support S&OP process
- Lead on Order Control: Weekly analysis on order placement
- Lead on Short dated stock analysis (at customer consignment level)
- Lead on S&OP Master data management
- Receive demand plans from regions & define what can be sent from current stock & what is needed new ( stock utilisation)
- Build model to enable the above
- Communicate this to Customer service
- Run monthly analysis as needed
- Create Full S&OP Power BI Dashboard
- Order Control: Weekly analysis on order placement
- Short dated stock analysis (at customer consignment level)
- S&OP Master data management ( Supply Planning, Sales, Customer Care – SKU level mapping). Definition of KPIS
The successful candidate will possess;
- Experienced within Supply Chain roles
- Business degree or equivalent
- Positive attitude to change
- Numerate, analytical
- Experience in Power BI / other analytical tools
- Ability to Influence at all levels
- Exception identification & management
- Customer Service - Continuous Improvement - Microsoft Office (EXCEL, Word & PowerPoint) - Email - AS400 or S.A.P. business information systems
- Manufacturing industry experience – medical device background would be beneficial but not required.
- High level of integrity and dependability
- Excellent presentation & facilitation skills
