Terumo Aortic are currently looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to be responsible for company sales revenue/profit targets and management of distribution network in Eastern Europe / Baltics / Balkans region.
Reporting to the Director is Distributor Markets, key duties will include;
- To achieve company sales revenue and profit targets for regions/countries of responsibility
- Develop strategic sales and business development plans for regions/countries (Top 5 countries and then drop down ) to meet company's short, medium and long-term goals
- Planning of sales budgets
- Planning and control of departmental expense budgets for regions/countries of responsibility; Maintain costs within sales plan expense budget
- Ensure effective communication of all market and product related issues between business and distributor network
- Responsible for providing Customer Services and other departments with international transfer prices for specified product items
- Negotiation of distributor contracts/agreements
- Promote and support the implementation of new products to market.
- Development and maintenance of KOL relationships
- Planning promotion and operation of clinical workshops
- Organise and facilitate distributor meetings
- Provision of market intelligence and feedback to relevant departments
- Liaise with Regulatory Affairs department to ensure compliance with local regulatory authorities
- Keep up to date with current practices in vascular, endovascular and cardiac surgery
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience of managing International sales teams and distribution networks
- Experience of working with International KOLs/KOCs
- The flexibility to travel between 50-70% of time
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional level of planning, organising and executing work
- A proactive. energetic and positive attitude
