Terumo Aortic are currently recruiting for a Marketing Communication Specialist for our global marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the development and delivery team for virtual, hybrid and in-person events. The main responsibilities of the role are;
- Manage the delivery of global events from concept to execution, including all associated logistics
- Responsible for event/campaign delivery and digital enablement
- Maximise suitable digital platforms to manage logistics
- Develop and maintain a digital planning strategy for global events
- Develop digital communications across various channels relevant to each event/audience before, during and after events
- Work with global marketing team on programme content and key messaging at events, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing plan
- Work with in-house design team on digital requirements for events, ensuring brand and legal compliance (GDPR)
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external suppliers
- Drive in-person customer engagement programme regionally
- Manage customer feedback process and review of metrics
- Provision of key metrics post-event, providing reports and insights to help improve processes and future activities
- Financial and budgetary management with tracker of costs for each event
- Execution of promotional and educational videos & organisation of communications for specific events
- Support the development and implementation of the company’s marketing, social media, branding, and communication activities
- Utilise social media platforms to promote and deliver company messages effectively
- Managing Marketing collateral
The successful candidate will possess;
- Graduate in marketing or business-related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent digital skills, including experience of hosting events on digital platforms and in-person
- Track record of delivering events from concept to execution
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Good administrative and IT skills
- Knowledge of producing and analysing event reports/metrics
- Experience in similar role and/or background essential
- Must be able to work as part of a team but also display initiative
- Excellent attention to detail, well-presented and articulate
- Driving licence essential
