Terumo Aortic are looking for two MES Associate to join our engineering team on an 18 month secondment, you will build strong knowledge of the MES system and work closely with project teams, business process owners and end users. You will support process definition, testing, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activity, while acting as a visible champion for the system across the business. 

What you will do 

• Learn the MES system to the required standard and transfer that knowledge effectively to other users. 

• Partner with project teams and business process owners to establish best-fit processes aligned with the integrated IT strategy, compliance requirements and business needs. 

• Define the business processes that need to be tested and provide support throughout the testing phase. 

• Support end users through cutover, go-live and post-go-live, helping ensure the correct processes are followed and system issues are identified and resolved. 

• Act as an MES champion and ambassador across the organisation. 

• Maintain accurate records, work within the Quality Management System and help keep facilities, processes and documentation audit-ready. 

• Work safely and raise issues that may affect quality, environmental health or safety. 

What you will bring 

• Strong operational experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within cleanrooms or controlled areas. 

• Strong business process mapping and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent presentation and communication skills. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. 

Desirable experience 

• Implementing business applications in a fast-moving environment. 

• Working with Manufacturing Execution Systems. 

• Working with integrated systems, preferably SAP or QAD ERP.
