The main responsibilities of the role are;
- Management of shared inboxes
- Minute taking for key meetings
- Organisation of Notarisation and Legalisation of documents
- Assisting in Custom Device process
- Filing of a variety of documents in regulatory affairs
- Assisting with administration of regulatory submissions
- Maintenance of RA spreadsheets and databases
- Preparing gap analysis templates
- Assist with Standards and Guidance Documents Reviews
- Maintaining workload trackers for teams
- Data entry
- Circulating of internal documentation
The successful candidate will possess;
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Attention to detail
- Proactive
- Able to coordinate and plan own workload
- Effective problem solver
- Confident interacting across all business levels and with external organisations
