Talent Acquisition Resourcer

Ref: 332| Posted: 19th Aug 2025

Are you passionate about finding the right people for the right roles? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our People team and play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation. This is a 12 month FTC.

What you’ll be doing

As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing recruitment processes to deliver a proactive, agile, and cost-effective resourcing service. Working closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll ensure every candidate enjoys a seamless experience from first contact through to offer.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinating all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Preparing job adverts and promotional copy that reflect our brand and attract the best talent.
  • Actively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and headhunting.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pool and CRM database in line with GDPR.
  • Managing recruitment queries and the vacancies inbox.
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed and other media channels.
  • Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics, KPIs, and market trends.
  • Continuously improving processes to drive efficiency and enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment (manufacturing experience is an advantage).
  • Strong experience in sourcing, attraction, and selection methods – with a proven ability to engage both active and passive candidates.
  • A solid understanding of recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM/ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities against deadlines.
  • A proactive, positive, and driven approach to achieving goals.
