Terumo Aortic are recruiting for an exciting new role of Talent Development Coach. The successful candidate will help to support the delivery of coaching for our Leadership Academy and future Mentoring Programme whilst also supporting the successful integration of our new LMS across the business.

Key duties will include;

• Deliver Coaching programmes to Associates and Managers
• Develop strong relationships with coachees and stakeholders
• Devise TNA’s for new coaching and development initiatives and be proactive in new content design and delivery
• Evaluate coaching and embedding and enter relevant reports in the LMS where appropriate
• Support with wider business projects
• Demonstrate high level of competence in engaging with leaders through coaching delivery
• Support team with addressing learning needs and/or new educational requirements
• Support the scheduling of coaching, management and maintenance of in-house training facilities and equipment
• Maintains understanding of new educational and coaching techniques and methods
• Proactively pursues personal development opportunities
• Additional adhoc duties as and when required

Qualifications & Experience;

• Proven ability in a learning and development environment
• Experience in design and delivery of training solutions
• Knowledge of training needs analysis and evaluation methodologies
• Strong IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of working to tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
