As part of our Talent Development Team, Terumo Aortic are seeking an experienced Talent Development Advisor. This newly created role is to design and implement training and development initiatives which drive positive change and contribute to continual improvement of performance across the organisation.

Key Duties will include:

  • Provide 'soft-skills' training to Managers and Leadership Team
  • Develop and maintain soft skills training curriculum for Managers and Leadership Teams
  • Responsibility for designing and delivering TD workshops
  • Develop team building exercises and workshops
  • Auditing the current TD training material and delivery methods, designing alternative solutions where you see necessary
  • Facilitating & Designing Content for Leadership Development Programmes
  • Ensure training data is updated and maintained
  • Maintain accurate and up to date training records within the LMS

Qualifications and experience:

  • Educated to Degree standard or equivalent plus CIPD qualified or equivalent training qualification
  • Experienced in designing, facilitating and embedding Leadership Development Programme content  
  • Proven ability in a learning and development environment
  • Experience in design and delivery of  a variety of training solutions and platforms
  • Experience in sourcing effective suppliers externally
  • Knowledge of the range of training/learning solutions available and how to adapt them to meet business needs
  • Knowledge of training needs analysis and evaluation methodologies
  • Strong IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attentions to detail
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
